Friendly and helpful. The manager and two reps tried helping me find what I was looking for... Instead of telling me, "sorry, we must be out of that item," they looked for an alternative option and they checked their inventory for what I originally wanted. Also this was 15 minutes to close, where they COULD'VE. said, "I'm sorry you couldn't find what you were looking for, we might just be sold out, hope you find it, bye." BUT THEY DIDN'T!! Great service!

This is the best buy I will be going to for all future purchases. They have large selection of products on demo. They have more appliances and really good home theater setup for demos. Far better than one close to my home. Also guys in home theater section were friendly and had good knowledge on products. Loved this place.

Overall a good store. Fairly clean, but sometimes difficult to find things as they seem oddly set up occasionally. The customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes you get someone who wants to help, and even knows what they are talking about. Occasionally you get someone that is one or the other. Sometimes they walk by avoiding eye contact. And sometimes you can't find anyone at all.... I guess I would be more annoyed if I didn't already know the store.

Apparently, Best Buy’s return policy is now 15 days. The reason? Well, the only one I can think of is that they are afraid of returns. Well hate to be the bearer of bad news but sometimes people don’t like what they bought and want to bring it back or it is defective. Every other retailer seems to understand that and gives people a reasonable amount of time. 30 days. Best Buy’s policy, on the other hand, seems to break down to screw customer service. If they are wondering why they are losing to Amazon and failing as a company they need look no further than their customer service scores. Bad word of mouth gets around. This is why they are considered a joke of a company in the tech community. A community that should make up their largest customer base. Have fun going out of business.

More info discovered. Best But does allow you to return your item within 30-days like every other retailer. Provide you spend $1500 dollars per year at Best Buy. So they aren't refusing to give a reasonable return window. They are just refusing to give a reasonable return window to those that don't make enough money to be valued customers. Unless you plan to spend $1500 dollars a year at Best Buy my advice is to shop else where. Everyone else gives you 30-days to return your purchase.

I received really bad service here.  I ordered an item and paid extra for same day delivery. Ordered it a noon and was told it would be at my house by 9PM. Never showed and never called.  I called Best Buy to cancel the order they said I couldn't cancel and had to wait for it to be delivered the following day. After I received it I would have to drive it in and return it.  Feel like it defeats the purpose of same day delivery.

Also, waiting around for a scheduled delivery and it never shows... upsetting.   Really disappointed, I will stick to ordering from Amazon for now.
