My son and I attempted to install a subwoofer in his car but could not complete the job. The guys at Cincinnati Home Theater and Car Audio fixed our mistakes and completed the install while we waited! While there, we upgraded the sub driver to an Alpine 12 inch sub. It really kicks! These guys are great! I highly recommend and will be back with my daughter's car soon! Highly recommended!

An update on a previously posted review. My original review was one of disappointment but immediately after, the manager, Ralph, contacted me to see what can be done to remedy the problem. Let's face it, all businesses at one time or another fail to fully satisfy the customer. It's how they respond that makes a lasting impression and they take customer satisfaction and their reputation seriously. Faced with the dilemma of trying to integrate old equipment with an updated system, they were innovative and persistent in getting a complicated and antiquated system back into the 21st century. Most of all, I appreciate their concern for making sure they would have a long term customer. I would highly recommend them for home theater and sound systems. These guys know their business. I want to add the Brian is the sound system whisperer. Ralph and Brian are both technical experts and figures out our crazy system in no time. Very innovative, very proficient and very customer focused. Planning on having them out again in the spring to get our outdoor systems up to par.

Came in for wire for my car stereo to run a capacitor to help my lights from dimming (with years of experience in car stereo installation, I knew what I was doing), the guy working then told me I just needed my ground wire ran better. Now it has been a while since I had looked at the ground wire, and there was some rust, so not wanting to spend the time doing it myself I let him do it. The charge was outrageous for simply putting a new ground wire in for the amp. $45 for just that alone. Way overpriced. That is not the end of it though. Next I realize that did absolutely nothing to fix the problem, so I give them a call and ask if the money I paid to have the problem fixed, which still wasn’t fixed, could be put towards something else. I was told the sale was final and basically I was out of luck. Glad I spent $45 for absolutely nothing. Rather of given that to charity rather than throwing it away on something that didn’t do anything for me, or help fix the issue.

Chris is always helpfull when it comes to my audio needs or if I just need some wire or whatever it may be . needed a marine grade amp for rzr sub he had one in stock I always keep them in mind when im doing a project simply because of all the inventory they have .
