They hardly ever have what I need.  If they do, more than likely, it can be found elsewhere for less money.  They are usually eager to help, but it does no good when they do not have what you are looking for. Can be useful for a minor common item in a pinch if you are in the neighborhood.

Great place to shop but the employees can't help you because they don't know anything about the products the store sales. Need better training for sales representative.

Nice store. But very limited on DVD and blu ray. They never keep I stocked.  Always tons of empty spaces on shelves.

Black Friday 2017. 50" Toshiba 4k ultra for $179. I was the fourth person in line and only the second trying to get the TV. Sales person said I needed a voucher that was handed out to people first in line. None of us ever saw anyone handing out anything and we were telling him that. He said "oh well, they should have." ....then all of the sudden two people I didn't see anywhere near me in line showed up with vouchers. Fishy and I'll never wait in line for such dumb stuff again.
