Seriously disappointed! Purchased a refrigerator/freezer which they had in stock, so loaded up and took it home. Uncrated and found freezer temperature control not connected so called store. Matt answers phone and is obviously distracted because I have to repeat the problem to him several times. I was not rude or abusive with him but he kept saying "Dude, I'm trying to remain calm here." Anyway he tells me Southern Appliances (owners of the Sears store) would have to come take a look but he could not definitively tell me it would be a no cost service call. He then gave me their number and told ME to call them. So i called the number at 2pm (Friday - today) and got a recording....closed until next week. Called Matt back and he said "sounds like them". So much for customer service, no wonder Sears is closing all over the country. One and done for this customer! Addendum: received a call from one of the owners who was very apologetic. I appreciate that.

Shop at Sears Hometown Store in McComb MS. They have very nice employees that care about their customers.

Great experience at McComb Sears Store. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Store was very organized and aisles were not cluttered. Great products!!! Great salesperson!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
