Without a doubt one of the best stores in the chain but needs to be upgraded on the selection of products. Needs to be the next model up in the chain stores. Having said I had a very enjoyable experience on this trip to the Meridian Store and look forward to returning there.

I am a huge supporter of brick and mortar stores, even the corporate Giants like Best Buy. That being said, this store is without a doubt the worst Best Buy I have ever been to. They had obnoxious music blaring through a surround system right next to the door that created an immediate ambiance of anxiety and confusion. The greeter associate was dancing and behaving completely unprofessionally There stock was messy and product was all over the place with the isles covered in trash and hardly any room to walk. The store was poorly stocked with much of it being empty. The entire experience was stressful and frustrating. I will never return to the Best buy in meridian unless I have a tech emergency Amazon prime cannot solve.

What a joy it was to shop here today! Our salesman was a young man that was courteous, knowledgeable & obviously enjoyed his job. I left confident I had made the right product purchase. How refreshing to see good customer service is still alive & well. Kudos to Lawrence!!

On the day of my visit I had friendly service and the associate price matched for me without me having to ask. I appreciate the swift attention I was given.
