Everything was in stock and clearly priced, but we weren't helped by anyone in nearly 40 minutes of being in the store looking between two different items. The store wasn't busy, it just seemed like no one was interested in helping customers. It was later in the evening, so there may have been closing duties occupying the reps.

Brian is the man! Came in with my son to find an adapter, left with a monitor instead because he made it an easy decision and more cost effective solution for our needs. Promote that guy. We are stoked to have another dual monitor machine also. Thanks, Brian and Best Buy.

Great selection, although some of the products we were looking for were out of stock - maybe due to the holiday rush. We had to search for someone to help us, but once we found someone, he was very helpful. Prices seem comparable to other vendors.

The worst service on the planet. 7 clerks looked right at me and not 1 offered to help. They will walk over you to avoid helping. They avoid customers like the plague, and just stand around gabbing and leaning. I mean within 1 foot of a customer. I understand why Forbes says "Best Buy is Going out of Business...Gradually"

It's too chaotic in there. The staff is lacking and frankly uninterested in helping the customers. It just feels a bit overwhelming when you're walking in there looking around for something; and that's when they aren't super busy. Now, the inventory, so to speak, is okay, sometimes even really good (depending on what you are looking for) but good luck getting help from a friendly person. I'm not saying every staff member is like that, just in my experience any time I ask a question about a product... It's almost as if I'm stupid for asking, or like I've offended them with a question. I honestly dont think I'll be back in this one for a while...
