I came into Best Buy to help a family member purchase a TV. The model we were sold was not on par with what the sales rep told us. We brought the TV back and Vince and manager Tony were SUPER helpful in helping us select the correct TV for our needs. Everyone was super helpful and understanding of our situation. What started as a terrible experience ended with an outstanding experience. It's experiences like these that make folks want to buy in a store as opposed to online. Would absolutely shop here again!

I went into Best Buy last week to look at and hopefully purchase a new laptop. Daniel greeted us with a smiling face and asked if we needed any help. He was Awesome! He pointed out different features to us and, when asked, gave us his honest opinion. The experience was great!

First I purchased a radio from this Best Buy for a good price. Needed adapters for it to fit my car. Geek Squad audio worker found all the right parts for my car quickly and helped me try to understand how to install it myself. When I did try to install it, it didn't work. I cam back a couple weeks later, and the same guy installed my new radio in under 45 minutes. Works absolutely perfectly, even charged me less for labor because I had taken the old radio out. Fantastic experience. Thank you.
