The staff is excellent. They have always gone above and beyond what was required. Even when I was not at my best. With limited funds they keep our tiny animal shelter running. Ronnie and every Geek Squad person there has made sure we keep up to date for the best price possible.

This is the Best Buy close to my house and I go here all the time and the people who work here are all amazing and very friendly and extremely helpful you can always get information about anything you're interested in looking at and it's always a pleasant place to shop.

Too bad I can't give negative numbers. 

Employee(s) are refusing to answer the phone. After selecting an option, it would go into their hold music, then begin to ring. It will ring and ring. Then the line will get disconnected. On the 4th attempt. The employee did not hang up fast enough. Because for a quick second, I could hear someone talking in the background before I was hung up on again.

This is why no one is buying from Bestbuy anymore and Amazon is winning.

One of the only smaller stores in the area. I normally come here last if I can't find what I'm looking for at the other locations. Also an smaller selection on items you might be looking for too. Great service here too.

My wife and I walked into the store ready to buy a TV for our new house. 60” TV’s we’re everywhere! We walked around looking and trying to compare our options. Several staff members walked past us and even said hello. One looked right at me as we were looking at boxes of TVs in front of her. She turned and walked away without saying a word. Three employees stood around a desk complaining about a customer and making fun because he stated that he was a master electrician. We were in there for over 30 min. We walked out empty handed. We had more interest from the staff at Walmart. Seriously, three employees offered to help us find what we were looking for. Not a Best Buy fan.
