Worst customer service from the general manager I have ever experienced in my whole life. Never have I been to a store and the manager insulted me and my family. They treat customers like absolute trash.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this store! The young lady that worked with me, Gaele, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with my account and features that would best fit me and my lifestyle. I live 20 minutes away from this location, and even though there are closer locations to my house, I would much rather prefer to work with her again. I HIGHLY recommend this store and its associates.

With the geek squad protection plant you can brake you phone as much as you want and they will replace it with no deductible.  But you have to buy the phone from best buy
