I called ahead to verify what I was looking for was set up on the Yuma store's floor. Was told it was. Next day I drive 100 miles round trip in 110 deg heat with no air conditioning to be told it was not set up and never had been set up. Was told their phone service is in a different location and would have no knowledge of Yuma inventory. My last attempt at doing business with Best Buy

Good store and most staff is very helpful. I just wish the store was bigger and had more variety.

I get upset every time I go to this best buy. We wait over 10 minutes and no one asks us if we need help. I go to the front desk and tell them we need help and no one comes. So frustrating. Don't go to this store.

The only thing consistent about the s Brice at this location is that it is always inconsistent. Not the best run establishment at all.

Very fast service amd helped me exchange my speaker with no questions asked, would definitely recommend for anyone looking for quality knowledge about todays electronics.
