We have been using Yuma Pest since 2008 on a semi-annual basis and are very pleased with their service in general. Some of the technicians have been a bit haphazard in the treatment but the results have been very good. The last visit a couple days ago was by far the most comprehensive since the initial one and Alphonso did an excellent job in, under and around the house. He even used a long handled sponge affair to remove spider webs from under the patio and porch awnings. Thank you Yuma pest and especially Alphonso. They should all be like you.;

My mother has been trying to get a refund of an overpayment since the first of September. She has contacted Yuma Pest five times and promised a refund each time. She has yet to receive that refund. Yuma Pest was more than happy to take her money but refund what is owed to her is another story. Don't trust them.

Will not provide basic pricing to spray our home. Receptionist said they need to come and evaluate which sounded more like wanting to know exactly where I live to see how much they will charge depending on neighborhood I live it. My aunt warned me about doing business with them. She said the technician never shows up on time and they give you a two hour window so you have to wait around for someone till they show up. She also spent a few thousand dollars to get her house treated for termites which didn't help much because there are more termite trails showing up on the walls.

I used them for normal bug spraying and was complaining about the flys and you know THEY HAVE stuff to deter flys from your yard. it works and is fantastic! I had a party and NO flys. They also were conscientious about my dogs so they would not get poisoned and that was really important.
