Went into look at TVs and the sales guy spent a great amount of time explaining the new TV technology to us. Check out was smooth. We definitely love our local Best Buy.

WELL, it started off great bc we were greeted by numerous people and asked if we needed help finding anything. Then as we proceeded to look at the tablets, we were again offered help but were just looking. Then, all of a sudden as we need help we stood there (with an 18 month old BUSY child) and waited and waited and waited some more. I'm guessing a mgr of some sort had walked by the tech dept and told a rep to come help us, so someone came, said I'll have someone with you in a moment...they came, we told them we wanted to buy this specific tablet. We pay for it, no problem. Get home and ITS THE WRONG ONE!!!! Granted, we should have double checked but if you can imagine what it's like to being doing such a thing with a toddler, it's hard and at that point we had waited for so long that we were just ready to go!!! In our defense, I was standing literally right in front of the one we asked for, pointed at, described and everything! UGH!!!

The associate knew exactly what I needed for my GPS system, looked it up online walked over found it. couldn't be quicker!
