Service department has great customer service! I had an issue with a generator and the service department followed through with the warranty that I purchased to repair/replace the generator . So many times in big stores customer service is absent  , this is not the case with this department. The service technician treated me like it was his own business and my happiness was his goal. Thank You.

Good prices on disposable tools like blades and grinding wheels. The sales are good too. They also sale safety apparel. Didn't get any customer service though.

All the employees at this location went far & beyond to help me during recent power outage. Very grateful for their help. I didn't really know which generator to purchase. They helped me decide on the one that would best suit my needs. Also made sure I knew how to operate it.
