I absolutely love this place mainly because I am a technology nerd, I can't help I always have been. I just recently went there to buy a microphone and I thought that I wasn't going to be able to find one that was affordable but after looking for a few minutes I did the Blue Snowball Mic, it was very affordable and it matches the new computer I got as well. Also this place is very friendly and if you need computer repairs they will gladly do it for you. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I had a store pick up and got my confirmation email saying it is ready. The point of doing store pick up is to get in and out. I have been waiting for 15 minutes and still NO ONE. Best Buy has officially lost my business and at this moment I am in line STILL with two people behind me. Don’t waste your time!

Starting to believe anyone who works in department stores like Best Buy could care less about a job. I go into here buy 30 dollars worth of products and the sales clerk would rather have a conversation with a co-worker about nothing than assist his customer. I will find what i need online next time.

Second time I have been in the store, looked at a surface pro, had multiple store employees buzz by and not help.  Actually, the first time I stated "I am here to buy a surface pro" and the employee said he would be right back and never showed back up.  And they (Toyz R US, Best Buy, etc) wonder why Amazon is kicking their teeth in.  If Amazon would sell home supplies, we could do away with Lowe's and Home Depot next.

You can find some great prices, especially in the open box department. Staff is very helpful. Lucas was great!
