went to store to return I pad that malfunctioned . was greeted with a smile. They checked it out and said do I want one like it  or would you like to see a better one.and I said show me a better one. I purchased one and they asked if wanted a warranty. They explained it to me and I bought one. They were quick and respectful I must of thanked them several times.

I went here to get a look at Samsung's new Note 8 display. The reps at the Samsung Experience were actually quite knowledgeable but not overbearing.

Have you ever had a customer experience that just leaves you wondering how a business keeps their doors open?
After shopping for a camera part, I went to the checkout line.  I waited for a few minutes as the  the customer service counter staff watched me and I watched them.  There wasn't anyone in line for customer service.  I was maybe 10 feet from the counter.

The greeter at the door looked at me and I ended up walking over to speak with that individual and was pointed to the customer service counter.

To reiterate. . . The staff at the customer service counter weren't busy.  I'm standing in the checkout line thinking someone will walk over. I makes eye contact with all of the staff and I'm obviously waiting to pay.  

I ended up walking over to two of the customer service staff who I had been watching having a chat.   they ask me in I need anything. . . So I indicate I'd like to pay for the item I'm holding.

I'm giving one full star only because I can't leave a review with 0 stars.
