WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Ordered a part through West Marine and was promised 3-7 business days and it took 16 business days! When part comes in brand new out the box the battery was dead! Not knowing this took the troll motor in the shop to get worked on $105 later they said it was the battery from the brand new part! NO COMPENSATION WAS GIVIN! Not even a sorry! When I called them on the phone to talk with the manager we were told they had to many costumers in the store that the manger could speak with me and would call me back! An hour past and still know call back! So I called back and was told the same thing! Drove 30min to the store and there wasn't anyone in the store! My family will never shop here again!!!!!

Store had a great sale on inflatable life jacket, the very nice girl was very helpful and friendly. She was also very knowledgeable and explained a lot about the item. Thanks.
