I hate this store. So many employees but they are all talking to each other, laying down at those small tables, or taking an absorbent amount of time to ring up a single person. This place is great for people who do not know a lot about technology and would like to spend 40 minutes talking to the employees. Do not expect to get rung up fast.

Just bought a Mini Fridge in the Appliance department and was helped by an extremely kind and helpful employee, his name was Michael. The fridge I wanted wasn't on the shelf but he got it right from the back and helped me bring it to the car. His help made the trip and purchase much more pleasant.

*I wish I could give 0 stars* I just returned from the horribly organized NES Classic release. There was a large line that formulated around 8 AM inside. Employees walked by often and commented that they cannot tell us how many were received in stock. At about 9:54, 6 minutes before the store opens, an employee that passed by the most often with a sadistic smile on his face told everyone that all the tickets were distributed at 5 AM. Who was there at 5 AM? Once the gates opened, another employee had a different story. She was there at 5:45 AM giving out tickets. Once we said that the other employee said tickets were given out at 5 AM, she said all the tickets were given out at 8:30 AM. Meanwhile, most of the line was there well before 8:30 AM and had no idea what she was talking about. I was there a little before 8:30 AM and was standing outside for a bit before I realized the line was likely inside because I was the ONLY person outside. I am not a detective, but my assumption is that employees at the location bought/took the systems for themselves to resell. The irrational stories told were simply ridiculous. I will never be stepping foot in this location again.

Terrible customer service. I purchased a TV that was broken when I took it out of the box and they refused to exchange it despite having a clear return policy within 14 days. The TV was not inspected prior to leaving the store and to not take it back is absurd. I will NEVER buy anything from Best Buy again and strongly advise you to not buy from there as well. Costco, BJs or Amazon are the way to go.
