I was there twice, and both times the 'customer (dis)service was on their phone chatting or something. They made me feel like I'm bothering them and can't wait till I leave so they can go back to their phones

Very very bad staff, unprofessional, not helpful, arrogant, not polite, not friendly, they do not want to work. I am surprised how they are still in business. Sprint must get red of the staff. 

I will never ever go to that store anymore, and I suggest to every body to not buy anything from that store.

Everything sucks over there the two guys that work there take forever  and when they finally got  to me  they gave  me attitude. unless you want to wait 2 hours  in a sprint store  don't go over there  i'm not even going to talk about how  they ripped me off

I had a broken iPhone for 4 months. This store always tells me sorry they don't have the part. I sit in there store for atleast an hr before they even help me with an appointment. They said they would call me when it's in .I think it's crazy that I pay insurance every month and can't get my phone fixed. I have had a sprint family plan for 17 years. I will be switching at the end of the month due to not having a proper working phone.
