Every issue was addressed and solved by Lori,Jen and Russ in the Geek Squad. I will be taking my laptop in to them. This is an outstanding group of people. Came in 10 minutes before close to buy an amp and got the best help ever even though we're were keeping them late. Shout out to Joel for being the best associate. Really appreciate the help and kindness. Also sorry for being those last minute customers.

5/5 across the board. I have dealt with three other Best Buy stores as well as the 1800 number in trying to get my TV replaced and this is the only store who followed through on my Geek Squad contract. Not only did they get my exchange approved and processed, but they got me my new tv that day and gave me additional store credit since it was on sale. Thank you for acting like a REAL BEST BUY and being true to my paid contracts. :)

Had not been to a Best Buy storefront for some time, and stopped in because I was told by the woman over the phone that they had "plenty" of the SNES Classic's and I should have no problem getting one. Was instantly disappointed by the guy at the front door saying "oops must have been a problem with our inventory of course we don't have any." 

My other complaints are that Best Buy in no longer set up to just browse the store. With so much online shopping you would think they would cater to those of us who still like to just look at the products before we buy them. They almost force you to ask the employees that are all over you the second you walk in the door, and that's annoying.

Quite a selection of electronics. A little pricey compared to finding things online though if you need something quickly they usually have it. Friendly staff, clean store and typically not long lines at the checkout.
