I've been to these guys with my computer twice and I'd go there again if I ever had to go anywhere. The free diagnostics are nice because if there's something minor wrong with my computer I don't have to spend 100 dollars on very little like some OTHER services *coughgeeksquad* and these guys really know their stuff. they mention completely disassembling a graphics card and putting it back together offhand as if it were nothing. the only downside is they close at 7 and i work night shift so it's like 5 am for me

My Google Pixel smartphone unexpectedly stopped charging, so I went to this uBreakiFix location on a Sunday at approx at 4pm where I explained my problem to Stone. He immediately checked the port to make sure it wasn't damaged, and when that was not the problem, he said he would need an hour to open the device and see what was wrong and fix it, but h e was done in about 30-45 minutes and the device works like new. He was polite, knowledgeable and kind. Great place, I would recommend it to anybody, and I would definitely return if I had any issues again with my smartphone.

Levi is a spectacular guy.  My phone had a microphone issue, and he fixed it quickly.  I recommend them to everyone with any phone or computer issue.  Awesome service!
