I needed a new laptop and I needed to walk out of the store with one. I visited the store on Telegraph in Bloomfield Hills. The salesperson greeted me right away and spent time showing me the different options and answered all of my questions even when I needed clarification (I am not a techie). I never felt like he was trying to sell me more than what I needed but took the time to understand my needs and help me find the best match. Great service and I feel a good price as well.

Superb customer service. Someone is always there to help. Great products found every where in the store. Cell phones, computers, game systems, tv, washers, dishwashers. You name it, they probably have it. Liz from the phone department was very patient and friendly. She helped me , and my wife, pick the perfect new phones and set them up for us. This place is great for electronics!

Great store! The staff is very helpful and will find what you are looking for, if they don't have that, they will order it for you and deliver it to you. Nice, clean store.

I visited the Bloomfield Hills store located on Telegraph near Square Lake on Thursday 6/8/2017 to pick up a 32 inch Insignia flat screen TV and the customer service was AWESOME!!! Upon entering the store I was greeted in a friendly manner and the young lady at the Customer Service in-store pickup counter was friendly and professional. Although I was there to pick up a TV I also purchased a car phone charger and the young lady at the counter assisted me with that too! This was the first time I ordered something online and decided to select the in-store pick-up option. The TV is GREAT! It was very easy to hook-up and the picture is crystal clear with a nice volume! I am very pleased with my experience and will be making additional purchases at BEST BUY. It was definitely a BEST BUY experience from the reasonable prices to the customer service! P. Seems to be a smaller best buy than others in the area. However, I got a great deal on an open box Smart TV here! The customer service is helpful too
