So I want to share the story of this monitor as it perfectly explains the service provided here.

I purchased this exact monitor. I know because I tore the handle carrying it through the store. When I got it home, I found it to be defective with a green tint to the image. Thus I brought it back.

Upon exchanging it, I asked if they could test the new one to see it it was just the monitor. They said yes, then proceeded to use a broken computer that didn't turn on. They then claimed they couldn't test it. Upon getting home, the image was mostly fine.

I return today, and find the detective monitor back on the shelf as if nothing wrong with it. The picture attached is said box...

Very friendly and Knowledgeable staff always a good experience. I will only buy my phones here as they are much quicker and much friendlier than the phone stores while providing all of the attention to detail you could need! Chris Thomas is a phenomenal employee who is always more than willing to help out with any questions even if it isn't necessarily his department!

They are very helpful here. When you have a question they always give you a straight answer. I like that they don't work on commission. I know they get paid to sell stuff but I feel like they are legitimately trying to help you find what you need, not the most expensive thing.

All the people here are nice and helpful. I've never had a problem with them in my decade of coming here unlike other best buys I've been to. They price match, don't hassle you with returns, and really try to make sure your satisfied with your purchase.

I like to do the shopkick  App here. You can get e-gift cards from the app. Best Buy usually has a lot of scans on the app. Also the staff is really friendly and helpful.
