Very bad service, was promised to reimbursed for a laptop that geek square improperly fixed and that was giving me the same issue after 4-5 services. Only to get to the store and then simply try to charge me the sticker price on an "open box" laptop. Staff is extremely rude, and everyone conviently forgets what they've told you once you arrive in the store.

I tried switching up stores usually I attend the Alpine location in Michigan. I was wrong to switch. The store was a mess: clip boards with rumpled up paper, messy displays, dirty screens the list goes on. I waited 10 minutes for someone to notice me and no one did (I was in the messy apple section) I approached a nice customer service lady and she paged for someone and no one was willing eventually she had to we order the apple AirPods and they were in back order. Overall a lousy experience with this Best Buy.

Very helpful and knowledgeable employees. The one employee that helped my wife and I said that was sent to Las Vegas for Samsung training. He knew his products.

Purchased two computers, one was missing drivers and was unable to connect to WiFi. It was titled "Geek Squad" certified, though the certification clearly means nothing. I wasn't able to use the computer, and the manager refused to let me return the broken computer and receive a new one for the same price. The  manager got angered and accused me of "disrespecting his employees" when I said the Geek Squad did not certify my laptop and ensure it was working. They mislabel their products and have poor customer service skills. The retention for customers must be terrible. Travel to the Best Buy in Alpine for superb service, they resolved all of my issues and were extremely helpful.

Best Buy here may have some LP issues. Weren't able to find a locked product that their system said was in stock.
