This best buy is very busy. There is a constant flow of people especially after work hours as there are many offices in the vicinity. This means the service quality does deteriorate some. However, overall it is a nice best buy that maintains a good amount of stock and the workers seem to genuinely try to accommodate with the resources they have.

I love Best Buy! I have been a customer there for years. They always have been very accommodating and polite when I had a problem and even when I didn't. Bobbie, in the cell phone department, is a sweetheart. AND an "ace.". What she doesn't know about cell phones would fit in a thimble. Ask for Bobbie. You won't be sorry.

My mission at Best Buy was to find information on how to watch movies, Netflix that sort of thing on my television. I wasn't sure if I would need a cable cord for my phone or if it would support this application. Every employee that I spoke to was extremely helpful. They explained all my options so that I could understand and answered all my questions. By that evening I was watching movies!

Very friendly and helpful people. Good product selection, ample space to move around other customers. The checkout feels crowded with limited registers, but this is a good Best Buy location. Parking is easy and plentiful.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They helped assist with my needs and answered my questions and gave me prompt service as if I was a valued customer. Bought a high $ computer there
