For me a good review has never been a one time experience, I’ve been here a couple of times and I can say with confidence that I’ve had very commendable experiences. They have a very wide range of products, with competitive prices. Good customer service from the concierge there, with no hassles on their return policy. I bought my MacBook Pro there, and the price and quality of product was good. Also it has ample parking space, and good accessibility to this place.

Knowledgeable employees really took the time to explain how items worked and the best items to use for my needs. 
My representative knew his stuff and impressed me with the way he multi tasked handling more than one issue and customer at a time and never losing sight of what was going on and who needed what. He also made sure he didn't lose track of the intimate relationship with each customer! I've forgotten his name but Gateway Center Bestbuy rocks!

Most horrible and unprofessional store in Brooklyn and Queens. Stay clear from this store! Go to PC Richards! They do not deliver .. Literally! Ordered fridge and 3 weeks later it's still not installed and it took 2 weeks to get here! Mario the store manager is was unprofessional and did not resolve anything! Never again! You lost another customer!

Prices are competitive and they accept price matching.  There are no hassles with returns or using the warranty for replacements.  Many electronics are out on the floor for you to see, touch and hear.  Usually have what I'm looking for.

They will have you waiting forever. 5 to 10 associates will be hanging out talking with each other while you waiting in line to be help.  Just like how the union does it.
