I had to share this experience. After paying Best Buy Kings Plaza to back up my files prior to sending my laptop out for repair, they are now telling me that the files weren't saved anywhere. They're offering to refund the back up cost. How the hell does that help me? Does that money in any way compensate for my lost files? Would I have paid for the service if I wanted to risk losing my files? I AM SOOOO FREAKING MAD RIGHT NOW. What the hell am I supposed to do?

Awful service! I sent my elderly parents to this store to upgrade to a iPhone 8 Plus (a $1,000. + sale) and Fabiola the clerk could not tell them the price of the phone or the trade value of the old phone. She kept them waiting around several times while she look for someone for help find this information. Also, they were told that if they purchased the phone this store will not be able to transfer the data from the old phone to the new phone because the wireless connection is slow. When asked for a manager, she said the manager wanted to know if  the last 4 numbers of the account holder social security. The manager refused to show up or help!  They spent 54 minutes in that store  just to gather this information.

The store is well equipped, but it's hard to find help. Also, the salespeople are cool, but not to knowledgeable when it comes to specific questions. The geek squad guys are pretty clicked on.

This store really sucks like everyone says. I never can get any of the phone cards I need for my pre-paid phone. Went the other day to buy a power supply for my PC and they had only one on the shelf that I couldn't even use.

Customer service sucks also for real. If you don't see it on the shelf they're not going to look for it for you, unless you're some kind of hot supermodel chick.

I was going to give it at least 2 stars but no I really don't even bother going to this store for anything anymore. I much rather go to the Target store down flatbush ave instead.

Deserve a 0. Four sales assosiates behind the cellphone counter one customer being helped everyone else is given the run around. How many idiots does it take to make a sale? I guess 4.  Stay away from this place
