Jordan is awesome and a class act! He and Dave were great, super patient and knowledgeable in helping guide me in the best direction. 

Jordan was absolutely phenomenal and the reason my product - Verizon hotspot - worked at all. He spent an hour after closing ensuring everything was in working order for me. Such a class act!

I would classify this particular store as a Best Buy Super store. They normally will have items that other Best Buy stores are out of stock. More than competent reps and great prices keep me being a supporter of the box store. This is what Amazon lacks; knowledge and  customer product assistance. I recommend.

I'm looking for a new laptop.  Too bad I won't be purchasing anything from Best Buy ever again.  They throw good deals out there, but their customer service is horrible.  I needed to return an iPhone, fully sealed, never opened.  It was a week beyond their 3 week return policy, which is not helpful for any busy family.  Seriously?  So now I have to sell it elsewhere, which won't be a problem, but the inconvenience and the lack of empathy for my situation tells me that I am not valued and I will never be a customer there again.

WORST STORE AND POLICY EVER. MANAGER WAS RUDE AND HAD THE NERVE TO BLAME US FOR SELLING US AN ALREADY BROKEN TV. FOOT PRINT ON THE BOTTOM CRACKED THE SCREEN. TOOK THE BOX FROM MY DAD AND DESTROYED IT SO WE'D HAVE NO PROOF OF THEIR NEGLIGENCE TOO. AND THE MANAGER LIED AND SAID THE TV WORKED WHEN SHE TURNED IT ON BUT WOULDN'T LET ME SEE IT SINCE SHE TURNED IT ON BEHIND THE DESK, GO FIGURE. BECAUSE SHE KNEW SHE WAS LYING SINCE IT CLEARLY DOESN'T WORK!!!!! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP. DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO. NOT. GO. THERE. EVER!!!!! UNLESS OF COURSE YOU LIKE BEING ROBBED OF YOUR MONEY AND HAVING BROKEN STUFF. WORST EXPERIENCE AT ANY STORE EVER!!!!! AND THAT'S SADLY NOT EVEN AN EXAGGERATION. SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

Sales associate was extremely helpful.  He took me right to the product I needed and the price was less than expected.  Checkout was smooth and easy.  Can't ask for anything more!
