Never shop again.Order very expensive Laundry set was just arrived yesterday. 1) They give us delivery time between 4:15 and 8:15 pm and guy call us before 3 to informing us that he is arriving in 20 min if not we have to reschedule delivery so ofcs we have to rush to home from mall. 2) They arrived in less then 20 min and delivery guys were running, rush to bring dryer in and scratched it & dent it he was in so much hurry he did not wanted to check other doors as i have 3 different doors to go to laundry room. 4) when i started looking at scratches he excuses that its just a paint so he also messed our walls and door paint was renovated couple month ago 5) I clean all colors with with wipes and i showed him all scratch and when i wanted to return it he want me to call the store and ask for discount 6) Best part comes here when i call manager comes with full of attitude and all he offer is $50 7) Meantime while i am on phone guy was keep asking me if he wants me to install or take it back as he has 3 more deliveries and he cant wait ,they were very unprofessional rude and hardly understand English 8) while all this they already bring washer in and started hooked up and now i found more scratch and have to call again after all this they only offer $100 and when i ask for return manager was very rude and said it will same next time and they do not wrap the appliances its not there job thy only deliver and it will takes time. we cant wait so i had no option except keep it. 9) not but the list again in store when you purchase they talk big and now installer does not even know most of the function like how it work, he hardly read those in English yes he hardly able to read ....Very Very disappointed never believe sales rep from this store ..now just hope it works.

I had an experience similar to that of Raphy's when my brother and I walked into PC Richards yesterday afternoon. We were only acknowledged by the sales associate who was outside; no one else even bothered to look in our direction. I do recognize that the one gentleman was helping another customer; even so, he could have acknowledged us even with a slight nod of the head. As a customer service representative myself, I recognize how important it is that each customer walk away from our facility with a positive experience. I would urge the store manager of this particular location to impress upon his employees how essential this is.

Visited this location with my mom on 12/14/17 and the sales associate Avery is exceptional and is great at his job. One of the best sales associate I've encountered. He knows the products and answered all the questions we had to make our shopping experience easier. Because of his great work we'll be returning back to P.C Richards for anything else we need

Excellent customer Service #1 When we arrived Luis gave us a Big welcome, in the parking lot. Luis Opened the car door for us. Very pleasant​ people FRIENDLY. We laughed so hard. It was great. Thank you Luis for making my shopping experience Superb. Great suggestions on the price and discounts. Totally awesome. I recommend PC Richards to all my friends and family. So they too can experience the same customer service we did. I pray the company keep up the good work and CONTINUE to go the extra mile always for there customers. Have a Safe and Bless YEAR. Amazing experience at PC Richards in Union, NJ. Highly recommend them. Rob and his staff were simply fantastic. Courteous, kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. Our special thanks go to Paul B, who in addition was patient with our many questions. We never felt pushed into purchasing a product and he made sure we left with the one that was right for us. Great service, strongly recommend them.
