I went to purchase a laptop for college and wasn't quite sure which one would do what I needed it to do.  The salesman was knowledge, friendly and overall helpful. He also recommend other items that may be of use to me, but he did not push any thing on me.

I went to best buy to exchange a blu ray that my wife purchased for me. I wad able to locate it fast without any hassle. The staff was very nice and willing to give help when needed. I will definitely continue to shop here.

The store associate was friendly & respectful. He was well informed in computers. I love this store, they're always very helpful & I usually can find what I need there.

Customer service is the last thing on their minds here. After standing in the customer service line with no other customers ahead or behind us for 5+ minutes, not one service rep said one minute, someone will be with you, nothing just nothing. The rep working the other counter also said nothing. We then said hey, is someone working over here and she's like yea, I'll be right with you, with an attitude. Another guy comes up to the desk she's at and she addresses him first and then comes to us. Just rude, unprofessional with a lack of good quality service.
