I had a wonderful experience at East Coast Appliance. I came in for a washer and dryer. JR was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained all the differences between the different washers and dryers and you could tell he knew his stuff. He wasn't pushy and gave us time to chat when we needed to but would come back any time we had more questions. I was also helpful with the quick and professional delivery of the appliances to my home which were installed 2 days after purchase. I've used it multiple times since and they work great! Thanks!

We got a huge dryer which is what we're hoping to find and we got it for a great price. Mr. Lloyd was amazingly helpful during our shopping experience. We felt respected and catered upon sufficiently. Mr. Lloyd didn't even mind going back and forth to his desk to get the information of all the dryers we looked at and we appreciate him for that. He was very honest as well because when the specifications of one of the dryers we looked at wouldn't print properly, he asked my husband to see it straight from the unit's brand website from his computer. Mr. Lloyd provided us all the service that we needed to make a confident purchase. Thank you so much.

East Coast Appliance on Virginia Beach is a GREAT place to look and shop. I researched quite a bit online as well as in stores and found East Coast well-priced and competitive.  BUT THE BEST part about East Coast Appliance is the customer service. Lloyd K. was a sincere and helpful service rep. and the two guys that delivered my stove were courteous and respectful of my wife who was sleeping in the other room.

East Coast Appliance is my next go-to for any of my appliance needs. It was a great experience.

Stopped in to look at small deep freezers.  Lloyd was extremely attentive and helpful. Gave us his full attention despite our looking only at the least expensive options.  Understood our needs quickly, found us options, provide information about the options, allowed us time to discuss and all with no pressure.

Excellent experience!  Multiple retailers sell the same appliances at very similar prices, financing offers and rebates.  Service, convenience and selection is what differentiates your buying experience.   Sarah is a true professional who is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and determined to exceed all your expectations for excellent service.  If your time is valued and you are looking for an honest, consultive, needs analysis sales experience then be sure to ask for Sarah during your visit!
