Please save yourself a headache!! If I could give 0 stars I would.We signed the contract on May 24, the work was scheduled to begin the week of June 12. After 2 cancelations and 2 no shows the work started on July 18. The roof and gutters were great, outside of not roofing the shed even though it was in the contract. The siding, wrap, soffet and facia were completed in 2 days, because the guy doing it wanted a 3 day weekend. He also brought his wife and 2 kids. The work was poorly done to say the least. There was a gap in the siding in the front of the house, trim was cut to large and bowed, some trim was not the right color, did not put the lights back on the front and back of house, couldn't put the shutters back on our porch window, the rest of the shutters were crooked, left the yard a mess, knocked out our cable, internet and air conditioner, in the middle of the summer while i was 6 months pregnant, siding on the back of the house was crooked, I could keep going. We called to have it fixed, the general manager came to take a look, agreed it was terrible, said it would get fixed then asked for payment! After 7 months of work, at least 10 visits, multiple no shows, showing up unannounced multiple times (we needed to know due to our dogs), 2 project managers, 3 general managers, and 2 crews it was finally complete. We almost decided not to go with Best Choice Roofing, because they did my brothers neighbors house and he saw them do poor quality work. My brother ended up firing BCR because of it. We decided to stay, because I was pregnant and didnt want to be dealing with the house at the end of my pregnancy or with a newborn. My son is now 4 months old, so that didnt work out.

So far it's taken 4 times to do the job right. Started the project in March and finished last month. Fired several of Their own project managers and employees while working on our roof. Paperwork was lost and incomplete. No drip edge installed, lack of Shingle overhang, leaks, starting job with one product finishing with another....while eager to fix shortcomings after 4 times trying to fix a poor job it's clear that this was a "poor choice in roofing" all the while, being told that we need to calm down and we need to "give them some consideration" sad.

Don't ever use Best Choice Roofing for any home projects! They don't stand by their word and they change/exclude things in the written contract from the verbal agreement so they get paid the full insurance price without doing all the work. Lesson learned the hard way. The people as individuals were very nice, but as a company I have little positive to say! They did a nice job putting the new roof on, but we have found tons of nails & their business part is awful!

The process from beginning to end was very easy. They took care of all my concerns with the insurance company. They helped weigh the pros and cons of the different types of shingles to purchase. The construction of my roof was completed all within one day. The yard was left looking better than it had before. I was very satisfied with the work that was done. I would recommend Best Choice Roofing to all my family and friends.

Best Choice roofing did a great job replacing the roof on my house after I received hail damage. They were prompt, courteous, and communicated with me throughout the whole process. They also did an excellent job cleaning up my property after the work was done.
