I have had leaf guard gutter system for several years and was having trouble with them.
called to have someone come and check them out. Someone came while i was not home and left a paper at my door which blew into my landscaping and i didn't find for a few days. I did not receive a call to advise me what they found. I have recently discovered that my gutters are falling off due to gutter board damage in the area I specifically requested them to look at. I guess they do not have the courtesy to contact me and let me know what the problem was if they even looked at them. 
My initial contact when I first called they could have someone right out, that was until I said I already have the gutters. Then it was weeks before someone could come out. Existing customer service not good!
