I have been using their services from long time but recently I started noticing dirt stains on the shirt collars especially white shirts. I noticed this back to back services and notified the girl at the front desk. She offered free service to remove those after paying my initial payment. I found out that even the shirts are smelling. Now I am in doubt that probably they are not even washing and they might be just ironing the shirts. I requested a call from manager to get explanation, it seems they care less about the incident and they didn’t even bother to call me. It is a convenient location but I rather need clean shirts.
