Brought my dog here when I first moved to the area, so impressed by the staff and the facility that when we adopted two shelter cats we took them to Best Friends. The staff is wonderful, and the groomer that is there now is not only doing a great job, she is making up for the years of sub-par grooming in the past from previous groomers. I never thought I would have my shelter dog groomed, but now, I think she needs the pampering! UPDATE .... My 'old lady' was lethargic and out of it. Took her in as an emergency. Friend called ahead for me, and when I walked in with her, they had a room and the vet ready, even tho it was the end of the work day. Come to find out that unfortunately, she had a rapid tumor growth and was bleeding internally. She didn't have long in the world. I opted instead to take her home and have her pass in peace. The vet came out to the house and performed the service in the shade of the tree They were incredibly thoughtful and gentle with her. After she fell asleep for the last time, they neatly tucked her on a cot, pressed her paw in a clay remembrance for me, and took her to be cremated. A few days later I picked her up in a simple and clean box. Over the next few days I would receive calls and flowers from the clinic sending their condolences. yes, the prices may be higher than other places in town, but in general, there is some real love among some of the staff for their job, and their interactions with our family members. Thank you Best Friends.

Knowledgeable and kind. Told me the ins and outs of caring for my fur kids. Had my twin boys fixed here at the same time and I couldn't afford pain meds so they gave some to me at no charge. They sincerely care about the animals they see. Great office!!

The best service I have ever received from a vet clinic. Everyone who works there is so friendly.
