There are multiple places to board our dog where we live, this is a little bit further away, but our pet seems happiest going here. He's not sad when they bring him into the back when we drop him off when we go on vacation, and you can check on how your pet is doing through their webcam while you're away. They also offer a grooming on the day of pickup which is nice, you can pick your pet up nice and fresh, not smelling like he spent the past week in a kennel. It is more expensive than some places, and they adjust the rates higher during holidays, but we feel this is the best place around.

Best Friends is great. My lab has been there three times this summer (twice overnight and once for just for the day) and always has a great time. It's so reassuring that I can check in on him via their webcam. They even provide a report card upon pick up! They also have a nice little store in the front reception area. Prices are very reasonable (including a free first night and day stay) and the staff is friendly. Very convenient location right off of i91. Highly recommended.

Do NOT go here! My Great Dane was treated so unfairly by this group of unprofessionals. Instead of working with my puppy they kept him locked up almost everyday in a cage WITHOUT someone taking him out on a bathroom breaks for 8-10 hours until we picked him up- per the managers words! The "manager" was a young twenty something who was the most unprofessional person I've ever had to deal with. She claimed he can go to the bathroom in his cage and they don't have time to take him out. We dropped him off for daycare and interactions not for him to be locked up everyday. They also never mentioned this in his report cards. I only noticed by diligently watching the cameras. Even when we dropped him off for an overnight stay he was NEVER in daycare and instead in a cage. When I asked why, they claimed there was no room in day care- there was only 5 dogs on the camera. Not to mention he got kennel cough after staying ONE night. If you want your pet in good hands- DONT go here. They clearly do not care about your pet. I'm truly disgusted.

My dog has stayed several times. Never overtly impressed, but it’s conveniently located. This time, my dog had an issue and I was not contacted. When I randomly called to check on him, they told me of the issue and acknowledged that they should have called. I repeatedly called during the day to follow-up on his health. There were never any follow-up phone calls as promised. It seems that there is quite a disconnect between the front end and kennel staff. It's an unfortunate blame game and sad that the dog had to suffer.

The staff is incredibly friendly, loves dogs & were very knowledgeable!! My dog didn't stop playing in doggie day camp for more than 5 minutes at a time! I highly recommend this place!
