The vet care here is so horrible and disorganized, waited 3hours for a followed up, while people that arrived after went ahead of us. When we asked about our turn, the personal was very rude. All that time waiting and theres no sitting area. The only days to be able to do this, is on saturdays. They should have another day so it wont be as packed and the wait so long. I will never come back. They lost a customer.

Helpful and friendly staff. Good selection of products for dogs, cats, reptiles, aquarium (reef and freshwater), and much more. Fine place to get healthy feeder crickets too.

Came to purchase aquatic supplies for my fish tank and was not pleased to see that many of their fish were floating dead in their tanks. I left feeling horrible and even mentioned the amount of dead fish to one of the staff members and he made it seem like it wasn't out of the ordinary. Will NOT be returning!

this has got to be the rudest and dirtiest grooming salon i have ever been to. bad from the initial phone call to checkout. two hours for a nail trim and neglected to do the other services asked.
