We have always had a positive experience at Best Friends, whether we are there for just grooming or for boarding our now 10 year old dog, Abby. The staff is attentive and helpful. Jess, Abby’s groomer was so sweet with her that we request her each time. She does an excellent job and we have never been disappointed. Abby happily goes with the staff and is never anxious or nervous when we leave her. That is testament to how well she is treated while in Best Friends’ care. We have been a customer for the last 10 years. Best Friends is the only place we can take Abby for grooming and not end up with a trip to the vet for a skin infection or other post-grooming issue. I highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience at Best Friends Willow Grove. My husband and I are new pet parents to a wonderful little puppy and chose Best Friends to keep our pup overnight. Considering it was our very first time away from our puppy, we were very nervous and worried (you know your typical call every five minutes checking in on your pup kind of parents). The crew at Best Friends were so incredibly accommodating and willing to put up with our overprotective first time pet parent behaviors. The were flexible and understanding which is EVERYTHING you can ask for when having someone care for your most precious and prized member of the family. We will forever be grateful and utilize their hotel for our pup in the future.

County Line Veterinary Hospital recommended Best Friends Kennel to us. We have had excellent experiences for the past two years! Cloe is an older dog and needs kind attention. The staff at Best Friends takes great care of her! She always gets a groom or bath before coming home and looks great when we pick her up! Highly recommend their services!!

We have boarded our dear Zoe at Best Friends too many times to count. Each time has been a satisfactory experience; they treat her like their own. Wonderful staff!!! Every time we pick our lovable Giant Schnauz up, she is just the way we left her (sometimes cleaner & fresher after we get her groomed!) Love that they send us a pic of her in my email when we are still away; I love seeing her smiling face :-) I would recommend them to any of my dog owning friends!

So glad we found Best Friends Willow Grove for boarding our high fear/anxiety dog Brady. He received excellent care and attention during his individual stay and play along with his 3 special activities to get him out and about. Loved the e-mail and picture of him with a staff member, it helped to ease my worries about him while we were away. We will definitely be using Best Friends at their new location in the future for all our boarding needs! Thank you!
