Amazing staff and great service! Our dog had a sudden paw injury and needed to be seen asap. The staff worked her into their busy Saturday schedule and were so kind and helpful about it, whereas other BPH locations wouldn't even put her on a cancelation list. We dropped her off for care and within 2 hours we were able to pick her up. They helped keep the cost down without compromising her care. Great experience overall. We will definitely be making this location our new home base!

We boarded all three of our dogs in the pet hotel for a single overnight stay last weekend, and we now have two dogs sick with kennel cough. Their stay cost nearly as much as our hotel did for the evening, but I've never minded paying it because I trusted petsmart and felt that my pets were safe here.... I was wrong. Our dogs have been boarded many many times, before and we have never had an issue. I am beyond disgusted, as I'm up at 2:15am with a sick dog. The vet we saw earlier today said they've had multiple cases of this from the pet hotel recently. I realize this is a risk you take boarding dogs, but a warning that it's been an issue would be nice. You would expect a day care to tell you if a recent flu outbreak before you put your kid in harms way, dogs should be no different. We will definitely not be back here.

The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Typical prices, well laid out store. Everything is easy to find. My dog enjoys visiting and getting headrubs from the staff.

Always a pleasure going here! My puppy is being trained there. The trainer is awsome.

I go here to get things for my 2 dogs. When time permits, I take them with me. When we go away, I board them in the Pet smart pet hotel; they take excellent care of them- I'd never board them any other place😄
