Sales floor staff is great.  Very helpful-they will answer questions about how to's, suggestions, and take you to where something is located instead of telling you on aisle such.  The front cashier  (older lady) needs some Happy Pills! She never greets you or thanks you until you say it. Not good customer service...
They also carry a good variety of RV plumbing/electrical.

BEST HARDWARE
My preference when it comes to a Hardware Store. Not a Big Box Store, but yet you can find just about anything when it comes to Hardware. This store is nicely stocked & prices are lower then your Big Box Store's. They have a Value Card and they are a Independent "True Value" store. Prices are fair & I enjoy going through the discount bins. Employees are eager to assist you in your search for any Hardware Related Item. They do some service work & have a small but nice selection of wood & wood trim product's. Isle's are well marked & wide enough for easy accessibility.

Used to like this place, now it’s just a true value. Not very good service. Asked about product not carried in store and they didn’t even try to look it up. Was listed as the wrong place still which does have it online. Just not too helpful.

Great selection and prices are fair but horrible service.  You just can find anyone to help you and it doesn't seem like they care about it.
