I love this store! Great customer service, friendly atmosphere, very knowledgeable employees. Julie (assistant manager) is always on top of her game and quick to lend suggestions if Ace doesn't carry what I need.

I have been going to this ACE for about 6 months now.  Very friendly staff and always there for my questions & they always have an answer.  I'm tired of the big box stores and their lack of customer service. .. that doesn't happen at ACE.  They don't hesitate to refer me elsewhere if they don't carry an item.  The prices are fair & staff is very knowledgeable!  ACE is My Place from now on!!!

Went in today to have a piece of single pane glass cut, and installed into the aluminum frame. Jeff originally said he could cut the glass, once was done cutting something for another customer who was waiting.  I completely understood and waited in the store for him to complete everything.  After a few minutes Jeff came out from the back stating he was going to talk to his boss, to see if they wanted him to cut the glass or not.  I could hear from aisles away that Jeff was not fully comfortable cutting the glass, in fear of doing it wrong. On Jeff"s first attempt to reassemble the window frame, it was clear he had cut the glass too long on at least one side.  On his second attempt, Jeff had the glass in th frame tightly, but I was worried that once he put any tension with screwing the frame together, that the glass would break from pressure.  It was at this point that Jeff gave up, and told me I would have to take it somewhere else.  He then proceeded to assemble the frame incorrectly (the felt strips were no all on the same side afterward), and was using Phillips screwdrivers that did not have a sharp enough tip to correctly get into the screw head.  Take your glass elsewhere!

When in just for a battery and was ask if that's all I need because I should get more stuff. I only need a battery. So the cashier was not very friendly.
