It is a very pleasant surprise that from the time  someone picks up the phone and greets you, to the time that the technician arrives at the time given to you, to be impressed with a company that takes responsibility in making sure that we the consumer/customer are given the best service for our money. We have had Chris Peel do extensive electrical work on our condo on three different occasions recently. Each time he was very knowledgeable, making recommendations as to what was needed. During his work he explained the process, and patiently answered questions we had. He is a true professional with a great work ethic. We requested him to come back for our work due to his expertise, courtesy, and trustworthiness. Thank you Chris, for the completed projects, and we will keep you in mind for any future electrical needs!

I have just put my house up for sale in Cape Coral but I wanted to get a few little things looked at prior to selling my house. I saw the commercial for $19.95service call. I called today about 1 and found out that I had actually used best Services 10 years ago. they sent Chris peel out to look at some electric work for me. He was professional and friendly and on time. I had him look at a outdoor porch light as well as a smoke detector that had not worked in 10 years and some electrical outlets in my Florida room and a light light switch and electrical outlet and a big storage closet. Chris quickly pointed out but the smoke detector was actually battery-powered it could just be taken down and replaced for about a $5 unit at Lowe's and that the front porch light was just the lighting fixture and not wiring. he then told me that I could get the Florida room into code Myself by just removing an Old Wire that was out there that had no power to it and some old Outlets that had no power to them. and then on the spot after I showed him the closet he offered to get the light and the outlet and the light switch all working. It was the most reasonable price that I've ever heard from electrician before. It was professionally done in only took about 40 40 minutes. So happy with these guys I told them that after the inspections when I sell the house I'll be calling them too fix any electrical or other needs that they do. Was in Naples on vacation when the AC sytem stopped working.  I called the owner and they gave me a number to call, and that they had an account.  Best Home Services is who it was.  Mike Walters is the serviceman who showed up to look at the problem.  He was there about 1.5 hours and had the system back running.  Was very happy with how quickly they came out, and how friendly Mike was.

Chris Bender I am new to area and wasn't sure who to use for various jobs. I tried Best Home Services and Chris was great. He was courteous and explained things well. He took the time to itemize other plumbing needs I have to fix and itemized and grouped them by job and cost so I may budget and have things done at once or little by little over time as my budget allows. The added bonus was he was great with my dogs. He greeted them and put them at ease allowing for a bark free calm repair. I would highly recommend Chris and Best Home Services for all your needs.
