I wish I could review this company at 0 stars. I've worked in customer service and I would highly suggest if that is what your expecting or qualify work to go down a bit further in the reviews and take the time to look at some of the 1 stars reviews including my Husbands, Nick Abram. (Or as Bruno would call him Nick Abraham) They truly are the worst company we gave ever worked with and my husband and I do not complain a lot. Don't be fooled.....

Had a maintenance call and Dustin was prompt, put on booties, and began to inspect my unit. Upon further inspection he advised me my Honeywell thermostat was defective and could not change over to heat. After completion Dustin cleaned up and left. Well to my surprise one hour later my the Honeywell thermostat stopped working. I immediately contracted Bruno and Dustin was back within two hours and replaced my bad thermostat with a brand new Nest. He took the time to assist with setup (app on my cell phone) and my AC and heat began working again. At 807pm all is great and still working. Very thankful and impressed with Bruno’s dedication and Dustin professionalism.

Great service today. My system was hit with a tree in Hurricane Irma. Bruno team got it fixed fast. Nice cold air again. They wrote a report for the adjuster to get me paid back. Very happy client.

I was very impressed with Stephen.He was professional, friendly, considerate .And he went to great lentghs to get me what I needed for my AC..when I wasn't able to get the deluxe package, he made sure he got what I needed. I have bad asthma and he was genuinely concerned that I got what I needed to be healthy..He is a fine young man Nd you are lucky to have him as an employee

Jordan and Mark were the installers for my new HVAC system. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I do have some issues with the height of the unit. The installers told me I am in a flood zone and am required to have the unit 28" off the ground. I have researched and involved both my mortgage company and my home owner insurance company who both assure me I'm in an "X" flood zone meaning I am not at risk of flooding and don't require flood insurance and there is no need for the 29" height. I have called multiple times telling the persons on the other end of the phone my dislike of the height and my assurance it's not necessary. I have been given the run around and told they are following the inspectors request and can't make an adjustment. Yet, they won't schedule the adjuster for the final inspection until the special sheathing is added around the unit. I have told them I don't want the sheathing until the unit is lowered. I am still dealing with them, trying to get to the owner, Mr. Bruno. I just want the unit lowered to a more reasonable height (10 -12" off the ground). The HVAC system itself is doing a good job and is very quiet. I just want the height adjusted. I would also like a written copy of the verbal contract on the terms agreed to with NIck on his initial visit.
