I highly recommend Best-Made Shoes for Birkenstock repairs. I took my 3-year-old Birkenstocks to them needing a complete re-sole and cork correction. The repairman said he knew exactly how to correct the problem (walking on the outside of feet) and he would correct the shoe to prevent the outer-foot wear from happening in the future. When I went back to pick them up they looked brand new! The cork correction is hardly noticeable and the soles are of high-quality. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

I've been searching for years for the perfect pair of quality but comfortable heels to wear in a professional setting. I found them today at Best-Made Shoes. I will definitely be going back for more and I highly recommend this company. Great product and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Marc, for the personal attention today!

This place is a miracle!  I simply had no idea that there were stores like this, with such knowledgable staff willing to spend enormous amounts of time problem solving and customizing shoes for complicated, specific foot issues.  There is also a surprising range of stylish options. 

I have spent countless hours and dollars trying to find suitable shoes at various shoe stores, online, etc., only to be frustrated and still in pain. I will not be doing that again: I've definitely found the store where I will purchase all future footwear!  Many thanks, Best-Made!

I have bought several pairs of shoes here.  Very knowledgeable staff, friendly and not rushed.  I always have a consistently good experience here.

I have ordered a number of pairs of custom shoes from Best-Made over the years. Their work is outstanding as can be attested to by the fact that I keep returning to them year after year. I am fairly picky and I have made numerous requests for modifications. They have always been accommodating and have exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them highly.
