After shopping at Littles for a few years, I am extremely comfortable on receiving quality shoes and accessories with expert advice.   Ask for Ed!  It's so wonderful to get such personal attention and knowing the entire staff is welcoming and helpful as well.  You can't get this type of service shopping online.

Great place with great selection and amazing staff! David and Connie have been there for over 30 years and they, or anyone else on the sales team, will take incredible care of you. I will definitely make the trip back from Rochester, NY.

A wonderful selection of shoes marred by consistently pushy and condescending service. The last two times I've been to the store I've been seen by the same salesperson who has dismissed my concerns with the fit of the shoes that I was trying on. My first concern was that instead of waiting for me to ask questions of him, he interjected three times to "answer" concerns brought up to my wife, each time beginning with "no". The last straw was while trying on work shoes I said to my partner that the top was too loose and was told "No, that's to give you room at the top for your foot to move around" while showing me the amount of space behind his ankle. I expressed that I knew how boots fit, and this wasn't comfortable and he responded that I was thinking of a sneaker fit. Having had all of my concerns met with responses starting in "no" one too many times, I decided to leave. I want to support local businesses and if Little's begins supporting rather than condescending to their clientele I will happily return.

Nice place, good shoes, can be a bit expensive but I have scored the occasional excellent deal.

I visited at a great time. Big Sale going on and it pays to have small feet. The women's sandals I wanted were $100+. The girls version was on sale plus an additional 50% off. I ended up getting three pair! My salesperson Rocco was great! I will be back!
