Total rip off! After driving for 3 days (moving here) right before closing on a Saturday night we went to get new beds. They told us we could get a queen size mattress n box spring for $300 but have to buy it "as is" because it is the display set. Sure! Brought them home. Couple of days later, bed looks and feels a bit smaller, turns out they're full size!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Derrick was absolutely amazing for me. I'm not an easy customer, and he was extremely pleasant, patient, informative, and helpful. He spent tons of time patiently explaining and answering all my questions. Literally, - the best customer service I have seen in a long time! I would recommend this place to everybody I know. I walked out feeling like a winner! And I can't wait to sleep on my brand new bed!

Do your homework. I bought a Tempur-Pedic mattress. They are the same prices no matter which store you go to. The difference, I found out too late, is other retailers will give you items as incentive to purchase. For instance, bed frame, mattress protectors, pillows, or even sheets. Go to Relax the Back store, or Mattress Firm. When I found out about these incentives after I purchased at Best Mattress I was told it was too late to offer anything to me. I encourage anyone to be a smart customer. I am just sorry I did not shop around before I purchased my mattress. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Spent the day running around town looking for a great bed without getting ripped off. I should have come here first. I just got a Beautyrest, form Cameron. I give this place 5 stars because Cameron was no nonsense, he actually knows about mattress and helped me find the right bed for my wife and I. At every other store we visited today, it seemed like they were just trying to up sell with no regard for us. I will be sending all my family and friends to see Cameron (store manager).
