For the price great deal, clean, good breakfast and location,location, location. Right on the beach. Walking distance to food, shopping. Con's, an older hotel don't leave any food out small tiny ants"The weather did turn very cold they might have been getting warm". Just be sure you get an ocean front. Ocean views are on the sides. Fronts are much better.

We were able to secure a great price for this ocean front room for 3 nights mid-week.  The full breakfast bar was excellent but the rooms were very dated and really needed a complete makeover.  There were 2 elevators and one of them was being worked on throughout our 3 night stay.  The parking was very tight on the lobby level so we parked on the lower level -- which was very, very hot with no air movement at all.  The pool and patio area, with a fire pit, was very nice.  THE BEACH IS GORGEOUS; however, we won't be back until they complete a makeover of this hotel.

Room doesn't come with a microwave, what ocean front hotel can't provide you with a microwave. My boyfriend had the room in his name and was clearly treated poorly and blamed for any and everything at this hotel. A man threw some woman's belongings off of the top floor, our floor, and as we were checking out, we received a phone call threatening to have the police called if we didn't leave. The manager with the foreign accent was extremely rude. In so many words calling my friend a prostitute and literally told her to put her boobs away. Which was completely inappropriate, she just happens to be a busty girl. I'm going to stop right there and just say that I will never stay here again. They are rude and stereotype people.

Location is fantastic. The building is older but has been/is being renovated.
Room was comfortable and clean. The convenience of some of the amenities needs work.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The down side here is the food. The free breakfast is sub par  compared to other hotels. This was my first stay as a BW Rewards member. I was not impressed.
I dropped the brand H rewards program after 12 years  because their quality has consistently dropped over the years.  I am considering trying another brands program after this experience.
