This hotel is conveniently located on the border of Idaho and Oregon so it is a good stop for travelers. We were comfortable enough but would have liked a bit more lighting for reading. Too many hotels design their rooms for daylight and forget that it gets dark for their customers. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I like but my husband said it was fine for him. The internet speed was sufficient. We ate nearby at a Country Kitchen restaurant that had good food. The breakfast in the morning was pleasant. We will probably stop here again as it is a good value.

Best Western is a wonderful place to stay! Not only do they provide the standard amenities(pool-spa-breakfast) all of their rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are also wonderful and make sure your stay is a pleasant one. Their rates are also economical. I will recommend this Hotel to all my friends and family.

Our three nights at Best Western Ontario were without any disappointments. Our family members had adjoining rooms which were both clean, well supplied and the beds were totally comfortable. Great location, removed from the highway and with plenty of shopping nearby. Wonderful breakfast, great fruit-infused water in the lobby (wow!) and friendly staff. Would stay again.

Our family was traveling to Newport Beach and had total trip time of 17 hours each way. We stayed at the Best Western in Ontario, Oregon on Goodfellow Street. The location was excellent, easy to find and lots of surrounding amenities. The front desk was friendly and accommodated all of our various needs. Clean rooms, delicious breakfast and coffee, 24 hour pool and hot tub. We highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We consistently stay at Ontario's Best Western on our way to Reno. It is a very clean, comfortable hotel. The staff is most pleasant and courteous. We will continue our pattern of staying at this hotel.
