Very pleasantly surprised with this experience.  Set up and check in were very easy.  Great location, and clean rooms.  Pretty cheap too, compared to others on the area.  The only down sides were it’s tough to navigate to the rooms, as the very busy pool is kind of the center of everything, makes things awkward sorta, but understandably - a good reason to stay as well.

I have stayed in this hotel from February 18, 2018 - February 19, 2018. 

I have booked a room with 2 queen beds, prior to my arrival. Firstly, The reception staff  weren't polite and then they didn't have my room ready. When I asked for the reason, the manager told me an unbelievably lame excuse that the house keepers left early at 4:00 p.m. that day. He offered us a room with 1 king bed only and we adjusted with it, but he didn't even apologize for any inconvenience caused to us.

And also, I have never seen a hotel running out of Tooth Paste, when we requested for it. That's ridiculous !

We arrived on a Friday afternoon  and were greeted by a very friendly clerk. Check in took about two minutes, very efficient. Our room was large  pool side and everything was clean and worked well. The pool was noisy until 11.00 pm, then all was quiet. Breakfast was good quality and quite busy with good variety. The express check out went perfect, under the door in the  morning. A good stay, we will be back.

Hotel staff are always helpful and kind. Check in is smooth and the rooms are very nice. The biggest bonus is that the pool is salt water!

Good value for the money. Conveniently located next door to the mall, has a salt water pool and hot tub, and a generous breakfast is included. Beds are a little old and could use updating (as well as some of the in-room furniture), but the staff are lovely and you can't beat the location!
