Room was dated, carpet needed cleaning, the towels could use some bleach (white discolored towels and wash clothes). 
The bed and pillows were comfy, and at least the bathroom was clean. But I do have to say the staff I encountered were friendly.
However, I noticed there was no climate control in the room, and my room temperature dropped a little cooler than I would have liked. I can't imagine what it would be like in Summer.

I love the house keepers very helpful and knowledgeable about Minot and know where to go thank you. Very family oriented. Very clean. Why not 5 stars cause front desk clerk very rude when wife needed extra key card. But would definitely stay again.

Clean clean rooms a little older nice friendly staff reasonably priced relatively quiet just need some updating carpets nice pool it was warm nice hot tub in the sauna good stay

Beds were stiff and lumpy except where they drooped to the floor, pillows probably had rocks in them, bathroom lights worked some of the time, toilet ran unless the handle got jiggled just right.

This place was probably great 40 years ago and it kinda looks like that's the last time it was updated.

Breakfast was basically cereal and coffee. Never saw a soul for waitstaff. Finally left and went to Caribou on 21st for something decent to eat. 

This hotel is cheap in every sense of the word. 

Up sides: the locks seem to work. People working there were nice enough when you could find them. The shower had hot water.

Head down the road and pay another 30 bucks a night if you can.
