Baserat Hotel we lever Bern to. Dirty rooms. In our room we saw black fur on the floor and we do not have a dog. After 3 days and still fur on the floor I complained. Only got one tiny towel for 3 persons????? BAD SAD AND VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! NOT A GOOD PLACE TO SPEND SOME TIME AT!!!😝😝😠😠😡😡

They we're doing repairs to the hotel which is fine, but the place needed updates 10 years ago. Bed was clean the room was clean but I felt like they just did the absolute minimum to clean it. Overall this was a decent hotel, not great but good enough.

Arrived for a 5 day vacation stay on 8/2. Part of a group of around 150. First room 297, musty, smelly with hair and dirt on the bathroom floor. Furnishings old and dated. Carpets stained. Went to desk switched to 143. It was worse. Door would not fit in the frame and grated loudly with opening and closing. Bottom of door was torn up from wear and tear or animals? Mold in the bathroom. Bedding worn and ragged looking. Main hallway had an open storage room with dirty mattresses stacked floor to ceiling. Several buckets and pots under leaky pipes. BTW outside door was not even locked when we got in room, and there was quite a gap at the bottom of it. Plus the 2" puddle of water immediately outside that door. Conference room was musty with dirty or stained carpets. The entire place smelled like wet basement and the heavy overwhelming smell of fresh paint. I got a serious headache after an hour. Attempted to find another hotel and with Musicfest was unsuccessful. Got back in my car with my wife and drove 7 hours back home to Ohio. Stairwells dirty with at least a couple of employees outside entrances smoking. Really want to commend Best Western for completely ruining a vacation we had looked forward to all year. Rick Benjamin

Basic and clean, nothing fancy but very adequate for our stay good location near the highway to get to our events. Parking near the separate parking lot side door to the room was very convenient. Internet service good. Breakfast included made the stay even more affordable. Pleasant and met our needs.

Attended a wedding reception here, and stayed for 2 nights. All of the staff, whether front desk, party room, or housekeeping, were friendly, attentive, and responsive to all requests. Guest rooms were clean and comfy. Complimentary hot breakfast was a big plus. Hotel restaurant was nothing exceptional but it was good enough. Service during the wedding reception was very good. Overall, my wife and I were pleased!
